The Proposal

Planning a surprise proposal for somebody who doesn't like surprises poses a set of unique challenges. Having a trip to Europe was just the beginning. 

Emma and I were in Lyon, France in the Parc de la Tête d'Or. After having paddled around the lake we then had a picnic when it was the perfect time to propose and get down on one knee. Emma said yes and the rest is history.
